GEORGIA Institute of Technology

Georgia Tech-Lorraine is a highly innovative institution that offers annual academic programs and lessons varied, both undergraduate and graduate. Students can also gain experience in research and complete their higher education in the Unité Mixte Internationale (UMI), common international laboratory Georgia Tech and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS).
GTL is, to some extent, a building on the campus of Atlanta located in Lorraine, in the heart of Western Europe, a mini-campus that promotes the flow of new ideas, created new opportunities and develops the remarkable qualities of our students.

In today’s global economy, Georgia Tech-Lorraine plays a key role in achieving one of the objectives of the Institute as defined in its strategic plan, “Georgia Tech must prepare our students for a long-term commitment in an international context. Georgia Tech education should provide a greater awareness and appreciation of the wide range of differences in languages, cultures and customs. ” More than 2,000 undergraduate and graduate spent a semester or more on the Metz campus to enrich their learning as part of a global perspective. We look forward in advance to welcome many students in the Lorraine region, and to help them prepare for the challenges of globalization in the 21st century.
