Admission for foreign students:
The first is to meet the same requirements as any Japanese student, ie make the college entrance exam administered by the National Examinations Centre College Entrance (NCUEE), and the entrance exam for Tokyo Tech (Division of Admission).

Financing:
There are two types of scholarships: those that are given before being admitted to a university and those granted after having registered. Monbukagakusho Scholarships are offered by the Ministry of Education, Sports, Culture, Science and Technology of Japan and are a type of scholarship that are guaranteed prior to admission. Permit the registration and free rates and provide a fixed amount of money each month. You can apply through a recommendation from the Japanese embassy, a recommendation for college or a selection process in the university.
The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) provides scholarships for youth Scientific Exchange Program (YSEP).
Students can also apply for local scholarships from private organizations. Application procedures are usually carried out through the Tokyo Institute of Technology. The number of scholarships is limited, and enrolled students should contact the school office.
