Faculty of Medicine:
Faculty of Medicine at Uppsala University conducts education and research in medicine and nursing.The faculty trained midwives, biomedical, biomedical scientists, speech pathologists, doctors, radiographers, physiotherapists and nurses. We also offer masters programs in biomedicine, public health, forensic science, infection biology, international health, medical nuklidteknik and molecular medicine. Learn more about our programs.

Faculty of Pharmacy:
Faculty of Pharmacy, Uppsala University, the only one in the country, conducts training and research in the pharmaceutical field. The faculty trained pharmacists and dispensers as well as civil engineers in chemical engineering with a focus on pharmaceuticals. It also provides a one-year master’s program in clinical pharmacy and two-year master’s in drug use and drug development.
Department of Pharmaceutical Bio-sciences:
The department want to offer an international and stimulating environment where researchers, teachers, students, visiting scientists, students, technical / administrative staff can work together to contribute to increased knowledge about the future of medicine. We conduct research, research training and education about drugs in a variety of life science disciplines. The research is carried out of ten research groups working in a very wide field – from molecular to population level and in several disciplines. Teaching is carried out by professors, lecturers and lecturers, researchers and graduate students from research groups. The department is located in Uppsala Biomedical Center (BMC) and has approximately 110 employees plus scholars from different countries.
Analytical Pharmaceutical Chemistry Faculty:
The Division of Analytical Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a part of Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Our research is focused on bioanalysis and product analysis of pharmaceuticals with emphasis on separation science.
The division is Involved in undergraduate teaching at several education Programmes, including the Pharmacy and Dispensing Pharmacist Programmes. The courses cover general as well as analytical pharmaceutical chemistry, including bioanalysis and product analysis.
